Depending on the size and brand, a toaster oven may hold up to 6 muffins. I can generally put 3-4 muffins inside a tiny toaster oven. If you have a bigger one, you may be able to put 5 or more muffins inside. Place muffins directly on the rack to optimize space.
It all depends on the size of your toaster oven and the number of muffins you wish to reheat at once. Muffins are typically bigger in size, thus many toaster ovens can easily accommodate 2-3.
Just make sure the oven isn’t too crowded so the muffins can warm evenly.
